Filter Roasts

When roasting filters we've taken the best of the Nordic aproach to roasting and mixed it up with the best of New Zealand; highlighting the individual characteristics of each coffee and emphasing the best potential flavours any bean could express. The result is a roast which is light, but not crazy light, and coffee thats easy to work with and tastes great - so you can taste the hard work that went into the coffee at every step along the supply chain.


While we preffer these roasts as filter coffee, its entirely possible our filter will taste great as an espresso with a ton of clarity and bright acidity. We just preffer it as a filter coffee, but if your into lighter espresso roasts, go ahead have some fun and try it as a 'spro, as the cool kids say.
