The Vunga Station, situated in a region of Rwanda which doesn’t produce massive quantities of coffee, however the station is respected and well renowned for producing very high quality lots. They’ve managed to place among the best coffees in the country numerous times in the Cup of Excellence competitions. They’ve got quite some rep, and we were stoked to get our hands on this one.

This particularly tasty lot was depulped and agitated for 12 hours before being washed and dried meticulously for 30 days on raised beds. She’s sweet and acidic, chocolatey and fruity, with complex aromatic notes. An absolute ripper, and she absolutely lives up to her name.
