Medium Roasts

Our medium roasts are built around sweetness and balance, ideal for espresso. Generally you'll find a well-rounded cup; smooth, approachable, with a touch of acidity and a clean finish. Easy to work with whether you're pulling shots at home or behind the bar in a café.

These coffees taste great black or with milk, and you'll still pick up the character of the origin — where it was grown, how it was processed.

If you're making milk-based espresso drinks — flat whites, cappuccinos, lattes, that sort of thing — we'd point you towards our blends, Funky Monkey and Nostalgia. They're roasted slightly darker to cut through milk cleanly. For black espresso or a longer drink, our single origins are worth exploring.
