We roast our espresso in the classic Southern Hemisphere/Kiwi style.
Typically our espresso roasts are made to highlight the sweetness of a bean, balanced with a touch of acidity, and a smooth, creamy finish so it tastes great black or with milk. You'll still taste the flavours inherent to the terroir of our single origins and get some really great flavours from our blends.
Although we have roasted these for espresso, thast just how we åpreffer them. For those of you who are after a classic, rich and full bodied filter, go ahead and try these as filter, we know it'll still be a bloody tasty brew.
