Medium Roasts

Taking a simple approach to espresso, these medium roasts highlight sweetness and balance. Of course, it's a spectrum, but genereally you'll get a bean thats well rounded and easy to work with; sweet, with a touch of acidity and a smooth finish.

These coffees will taste great black or with milk, and you'll still taste the flavours inherent to the terroir of our single origins.

For a classic, milk based espresso drink, we reccomend our blends (Funky Monkey and Nostalgia), as they are slightly darker, and should cut through the milk a little more than our single origins.
