Coffees bursting with rich fruit notes and vibrant acidity, often naturally processed, we select these coffees to highlight boozy fermenty notes and experimental processing techniques. 

Roasted lightly to showcase the acidity and the coffees provenence, these are great for the  adventurous sole, seeking fresh coffee experiences. 

We recomend these as filter coffees, however with the right equipment and know-how, they are also great as a vibrant espresso.
