We're a small, growing specialty coffee roastery focused on quality, transparency, and great coffee done well. We’re down to earth, hands-on, and still building - which means this role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and learning by doing.
The Role
We’re looking for a roastery allrounder to support our day-to-day production and order fulfillment. You’ll start by learning our systems and routines, and once onboarded and trained, you’ll get hands-on roasting experience and become an integral part of our production - turning green coffee brown, packing it, and getting it out the door to our customers.
Over time, you’ll work independently and help keep the roastery running smoothly. This role is well suited to someone who wants practical experience in specialty coffee production.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Daily production tasks: green coffee handling, roasting, packing, and order fulfillment
- Preparing orders for wholesale customers and webshop sales
- Helping with general roastery tasks as needed
- Occasional physical work, including moving coffee sacks
Who This Is For
- You’re comfortable working independently and following routines
- You’re flexible with working hours and tasks
- You’re physically able to handle manual work
- You’re curious about coffee and keen to learn — especially roasting
