About us:
We’re a small, growing specialty coffee roastery focused on quality, transparency, and great coffee done well. We’re down to earth, hands-on, and still building, which means this role suits someone who enjoys variety, meeting people, and learning by doing.

The Role
We’re looking for a part-time allrounder to help at the packing end of production, on our shop front, and at our events. You’ll be the friendly face customers meet when they visit the roastery, a key pair of hands getting freshly roasted coffee bagged and out the door, and part of the team running our public cuppings and private events in the roastery.

It’s a flexible role that fits well alongside studies or another job. For the right person, there’s also the opportunity to learn to roast over time.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Bagging, weighing, sealing and labelling freshly roasted coffee
  • Helping with order packing for webshop and wholesale customers
  • Running the shop: welcoming customers, selling beans and sharing what you know
  • Helping host and run events in the roastery, including public cuppings and private events
  • Keeping the shop and roastery clean and tidy

Who This Is For

  • You’re friendly, confident with customers, and enjoy talking about coffee
  • You’re reliable, organised, and comfortable with hands-on, repetitive tasks
  • You’re flexible with your schedule, and happy to work the occasional event outside regular hours
  • You’re curious about specialty coffee (experience is a plus, but we’ll teach you)
  • You speak English, and Danish is a bonus
