An outstanding natural from one of the highest washing stations in Rwanda - this boozy sucker is bursting ripe fruit notes, sparkling acidity and a jammy finish. 

A light-medium roast highlights the punchy fruit flavours and crackling acidity inherent to this terroir. Sitting at such high altitude, the Shyira washing station has been producing outstanding coffees for years, which is why coffees from the region have become a staple to our menu.
