These light medium roasted beans hail from Las Placeres, the largest and oldest farm under the Mierisch family umbrella, where 10% of its 200 odd hectares are dedicated to rainforest restoration. 

A slow dried natural with a total drying time of 29 days on raised beds, with a mixture of direct sun and indirect sun  achieves a super clean cup of natural espresso.  The result, when roasted lightly, is a delicious, sweet cup with sparkling acidity accompanied by tropical & stone fruit notes.
