Tastes like: Maple Syrup, Nectarine, Hazelnut.  

We’re calling  this one a crowd pleaser, but that in no way diminishes the quality in the cup. Ideally suited for pour over, or a bright, long extracted espresso.

Hailing from Roberto Mata Naranjo’s Finca Las Nubes (Cloud Estate in english), a superbly produced red honey. It’s sweet & syrupy. Expect those sweet jammy citrus, nectarine &  stone fruits notes to start, and a deliciously smooth, buttery roasted hazelnut finish.
