Another beauty from Timor-Leste and the Raimutin Wet Mill. It’s a fruit forward, in your face flavour bomb. A Merticulously processed and selected Natural coffee, Choc-full of sweet, ripe, dark fruits, balanced with a smooth buttery finish (like a juicy boysenberry crumble).
It’s our second year buying these coffees from Timor-Leste, through Raw Material. It’s a burgeoning specialty coffee origin, pushing for a transition away from an economy dependent on fossil fuel exploration. And we’re so pumped to share it with you.
